Executive Board Meeting 7:15 pm Minutes 03/06/2023 Attendance: Bob Stechert Karen Conrad Carla Crippin Ed Kozak Kelly Crippin

Ed Kozak - motion to have alternate ARB member appointed. 2nd Bob Stechert. JoAnn Monday appointed as alternate.

Future goal is to have ARB & Executive Board without crossover members. Volunteers to be solicited at Annual HOA meeting.
