Agenda & Minutes

Meeting Called to order at 10am.Bob Stechert - President, George Papineau - Vice President, Greg Keehfuss - Treasurer, Karen Conrad - Secretary, all present. Ann Marie Sanders - Secretary, present via Zoom.

New Business

  1.   Establishment of Irrigation Team Greg Keehfuss made motion, 2nd - Karen Conrad. Discussion - This team will report to the Board and include the ARB. Currently, members are Greg Keehfuss, Kelly Crippin & George Papineau. More volunteers will be needed. The function of the team will maintenance of the irrigation system, head gate, drains & valleys. A call tree will be set for point of contact for the membership. A Users Manual will be made, so that going forward as members are added, we have a historical record & ease of care. Vote - all in favor

2. Irrigation Water Pressure improvement -

   
   

   This will be handled by the Irrigation Team.

   
   

3. Approval of Fee Schedule to be posted on Website

   
   

   Greg Keehfuss made the motion, 2nd by Bob Stechert.  Discussion - The Fee Schedule contains fees for ARB reviews, Assessments, Lot Transfer Fees and Annual Dues. Vote - all in favor

   4. Website improvementsGreg Keehfuss made motion, 2nd by Karen Conrad. Discussion - Greg, Karen and Ann Marie will review & revise as needed.   Vote - all in favor

Old Business

  1. Outlot A -continuance of brush removal discussion Greg provided information from the Colorado State Forest

Service and the Pinyon-Juniper/Desert Shrub Biome Coordinator regarding the downed trees and brush in Outlot A. The Forestry Dept will come out to the property to walk the area with the Board and advise what materials should be removed and what areas should stay intact to serve as habitat and ground cover. This project has a projected timeline of 2 years.

  2. Update on HOA documents Bob reported he has left several messages for Mr. Bo Nerlin (HOA Attorney). He will contact him again today. Bob will notify the board, once he receives the information.
