Annual Meeting 3/14/2014

Eagle Heights Homeowner Association Annual Meeting 14 March 2014 Meeting was held at the offices of Coldwell Banker Bailey at 2023 S. Townsend Ave. Montrose, CO 81401. Meeting was called to order at 4 o’clock by Jim Whitticom.

1. Present were: BettyPixler-lot27,KellyandKarlaCrippen-lot24,Desarae Jones-lot 2, Sue Husch and Brad Wallis –lot 18, Wayne and Diana Jorde- lot 16, Jim and Pat Whitticom.

2. Attendees acknowledged receipt of the notice of the meeting and Jim certified that non attending owners were notified.

  1. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

  2. There were no officer reports and no committee reports.

  3. Board members of the HOA are Jim Whitticom-President, Pat Whitticom- Vice-President, and Keith Jacobsen-Secretary/Treasurer.

  4. There was no unfinished business.

  5. a. Officers of the HOA remain unchanged. Jim-President, Pat-Vice President and Keith –Secretary/Treasurer. b. 2013 HOA expenditures were reviewed. c. 2014 budget was explained. d. 2014 assessment is $400.

8 .Open discussion ensued:

  1. Jim reminded everyone that the Architectural reviews must now be paid by the lot owners.

  2. Bills for HOA will be sent in November and must be paid by January


c. Due to lessons learned in the drought, the Architectural guidelines will be reviewed. Landscaping which uses less water will be strongly advised in the revised Architectural guidelines. d. The need for an updated web site for Eagle Heights was discussed. Pat and Sue will work together on this project.

9.The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 pm.
